I have had at least five trainers over the past 15 years. I thought I knew what I was in for with Kayla. Nope.
When I started working with Kayla, everything I thought I knew about fitness turned on its head.
She immediately addressed my eating… what?!?! I thought I was eating like I should…. WRONG! I wasn’t eating often enough. I wasn’t eating enough protein. I was overloading on bad carbs. The meal plan Kayla designed for me was easy. I only had to remove a few things, and eat more often.
I didn’t hire Kayla for a quick fix. I hired her for the hard work I know I need to put in to achieve my goal of a certain outfit… boots and tight-fitting jeans (West Texas girl, y’all! ) 😉 I am so pleased with my decision to start down this path. Kayla has made it easy, and she is so motivating… even through Facebook and texts. I actually have a new goal… to get “fitter” so that one day I can actually work out with Kayla in person… And keep up!!”
