My body has changed to the point that I am no longer looking at all my flaws or putting myself down about my body every time I look in the mirror. I actually look at my body now and I am happy with it. This is not an easy statement for any woman to say… there will always be one thing here or there, but I know that working with Kayla has made me a stronger person inside and out. Training with Kayla has made me a better woman, friend, mother, and wife.

Kayla is authentic and shares her passion for healthy living in an encouraging, non-intimidating way. Kayla worked with me on my dietary habits, making me aware of how to create a more effective, not sacrificial, diet to support a healthier lifestyle.
Being aware of my age and prior history of exercise, Kayla created workouts that challenged me to use my body, but not to the extreme, where I was “feeling” it days afterward. I am actually now finding myself looking forward to our sessions!
