After completing the initial consultation and fitness/goal assessment(s), you will be provided with a uniquely varied workout program designed to meet your needs. Then, you will be coached through each exercise to ensure safety and correct form, to learn proper breathing techniques, and to establish adequate rest periods. One of the greatest benefits of working with MissFIT, is that as your coach, I will never give up on you- even when you might be ready to give up on yourself! With bi-weekly body composition assessments to monitor your progress, and monthly re-programs to avoid exercise adaptation, you will achieve the best possible results in the least amount of time.
