Level 1: Basic Nutrition Package $40
This service includes a straightforward nutrition plan to help you achieve your personal health and fitness goals. I will give you a basic overview of what percentages of macronutrients you need to consume for fat loss, weight maintenance, or muscle gain, and I will provide both ideas and parameters for your actual meals. This plan will be centered on eliminating poor nutritional habits, and replacing them with good ones.
Level 2: Intermediate Nutrition Package $80
This service is an intermediate nutrition plan that includes the basic plan, but will also be finely tuned to your individual needs, such as special diet considerations and macronutrient timing for more effective results. You will be provided with a detailed plan that is based on your specific body type, activity level and body composition goals.
Level 3: Advanced Nutrition Package $160
This service includes the intermediate nutrition package, as well as a mini-nutrition course in which I will educate you on how to shop, how to read food labels, and how to properly stock your kitchen to best support your personal health and fitness goals. (Time commitment: 2 hrs.)
