All consultations last 1/2 hour and include:
- An in-depth inquiry into your health, medical, lifestyle, occupational and exercise history
- A personal health and fitness goals assessment
- A physical fitness assessment, including: static and dynamic postural assessments, overhead squat assessment, and performance assessments (if necessary)
- Body composition testing and circumference measurements
- Realistic goal-setting, and a timeframe in which to achieve your goals
A $10 deposit is required to hold your spot for the consultation meeting. You can make a payment through Paypal by clicking here for the Rates/Payment page.
If you do not cancel within at least 24 hours of your scheduled time, your deposit will not be returned to you. However, once the consultation is completed, you will either receive your deposit back in full, or it will be applied to the training package you decide to purchase.
