This is a custom* package that is dictated by your specific situation and individual training needs. If you are busy and somewhat self-motivated, but need some guidance in the gym, this may be the option for you. After our initial consultation, I will create a 4 week program specifically designed for you to start reaching your goals. We will meet for two one-hour sessions at the beginning of the training phase, during which I will demonstrate and assist you in properly performing all of the exercises in your program (if you need a program that you can perform at home, at work, or while traveling, we can do these sessions in-home or via Skype as well). This package includes weekly check-ins from me via email, text or telephone, whichever you prefer. We will also meet at the end of the training phase to do another assessment, re-evaluate goals and discuss a reprogram option.
